Hi!
I’m Sue Coulter-Armstrong, I’m an illustrator, artist and maker.
I create whimsical, soulful, colourful and uplifting Illustration & design for children’s books and surface pattern design. I love to draw, to inspire people and to send positive vibes out into the world.

Colored pencils, watercolors and acrylic paints are my favorites because I love the feel of pencil on paper and paint on canvas. I also create vector images in Illustrator and Photoshop.

In the past, I visualized ideas and communications for global software companies, small business’ and everything in between. It was very corporate and more design than illustration. Needing a change I started exploring new creative directions. Learning surface pattern design in addition to finding my own illustration style has been so much fun!
